Whitetail Authority stands behind every product we sell 100%. If you need to return a product you purchased from Whitetail Authority, you can do so within 45 days of purchase date. Beyond this time frame you may contact us via email or phone and we will facilitate your return with the manufacturer if there is a defect or issue with the product. We feel this is a reasonable amount of time to use and test the product(s) you have purchased. Thank you for your business and we look forward to serving your Whitetail Hunting needs.
Returns and Exchanges
Whitetail Authority makes your return or exchange process easy and convienient. You can either email our customer service department or call 866-953-4490 to get your return or exchange handled with the utmost urgency.
Whitetail Authority does not accept returns on Gun Powder, Ammunition or Primers because of strict federal guidelines.
If you’ve received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please call Customer Service at 866-953-4490 before returning. If you’re returning through the Post Office, please have the merchandise insured.

Refunds or credit to your account will be applied within 14 business days of receiving your returned product. The product must be returned with the original packaging, manuals and warranty paperwork. And, if we have your e-mail address, we’ll alert you as soon as your return is processed.
